Privacy and cookies notice

The short version. We collect your name, email and a few optional details when you join the waiting list. We use them only to tell you about Property Analyser. We never sell your data. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

Property Analyser is a trading name of Fortuna Streams Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14965200. Our registered office is The Accountancy Partnership, Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN.

Fortuna Streams Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC137394.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any special category data such as health, ethnicity or religion. Please do not include it when you contact us.

The waiting list is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. Confirming your email

When you join, we may send you one email asking you to confirm your address. This protects you if someone else enters your email. If you do not confirm, we will not send you marketing emails and we delete the unconfirmed record within 30 days.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under written contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. International transfers

The UK recognises the European Union as providing adequate protection for personal data, so transfers to Brevo and Bunny Fonts are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Where a provider or its staff may access data from the United States, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the ICO's International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

Your connection to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Waiting list data is stored on a server that is not publicly accessible, with access limited to authorised people using strong authentication. Sign up requests are rate limited and screened for spam. Our providers maintain their own security certifications. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data occurs we will act quickly and tell you and the ICO where the law requires.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and we do not use tracking pixels on the website.

Our emails may contain technology from Brevo that records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can block this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app. If we ever add cookies or analytics to this site, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change, for example when Property Analyser launches as a paid service. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
